Autel MaxiIM IM508 diagnostic tablet, MaxiIM IM608 key programming tool can succeed in adding keys for 2003-2020 Toyota Camry with keyless system & immo system(KWP, 4D/G/H). Below is using Autel IM608 to program a 2017 Toyota(US) Camry as demo.
The procedure contains 2 parts: program chip & program remote.
You must have a master key before you can clear or add other keys!
*How to differentiate the master keys from the slave ones?
When the key is inserted into the ignition switch, it can be identified as the master key if the security lamp does not light up and as the slave key if the lamp up for 1s and then goes out.

Plug Autel IM608 connector into OBDII port.
Program Chip
IMMO >> Toyota >> Manual selection >> USA >> CAMRY >> 2012-2018 >> Blade Key >> Yes >> Control unit >> Immobilizer(H 8A/8E) >> Learn key >> OK
Insert the learned master key and turn the ignition on.
Remove the key, insert the key to be learned and keep the ignition off.
(If learning failed, try to keep the ignition on when you perform this function again.)
Wait the lamp lights goes out. Learning succeeded.
The key can turn on ignition.
The first part was finished.
Program Remote
Remote system(CAN) >> Learn remote control
Turn the ignition on and open the driver door.
Within 30s, press LOCK and UNLOCK on the remote control to be learned at the same time for 2s and then press LOCK once again. Press “OK” to continue.
When the function is successful, the system will beep.
Press LOCK and UNLOCK for 4s simultaneously, and then press UNLOCK for 1s. if the action is completed, click “OK” to continue.
Learning succeeded.
Test the keys.
Both keys are successfully programmed.
