Problem: The Autel MaxiIM KM100 Key Programmer pops up a prompt “Authorization file does not exist.” after authorizing French. Either English or French has the prompt..
What’s the problem? Please help.
Solution
It’s the download problem.
- For single app problem: go to “Manager >> Uninstall App”, then re-download in “Update”;
- For all apps’ problem: go to “Factory Reset”.
