Fixed: Autel MK808S Expired Subscription to Renew Issue

Problem: I’ve purchased One Year Update Service for this Autel MK808S tablet, but it keeps to popup this message when upgrading any vehicle software:

“Your software subscription expired on 2025-03-07. Tap on Renew button to purchase subscription now.”

 

How do I make this message disappear? Please advice.

 

 

Solution

The reason why expired message still appeared is because the user did not reboot MK808S after purchasing subscription service.

 

If the issue still exists after reboot, you may try:

  1. Visit https://pro.autel.com/ and re-login with your Autel ID;
  2. Factory reset device.
