Today I’m gonna attempt to clone Toyota ID4D ID67+ 40bit key with Autel AT100 + KM100 Key Programmer. This is the first time I’m using the new chip, here we go.
Put the original key into Autel KM100 key slot.
Reading/Clone >> Reading
We can see it’s a TIRIS DST 4D, ID67 chip.
Clone >> Start

Place the transponder in the key slot and keep it stable.
Calculating, please wait…
Place the original key in the key slot for calculation.
Perform the following steps:
- Take out the original key and place the AT100 Universal Transponder to be cloned.
- Press Next for cloning.
Keep the transponder to be cloned stable, and wait for the cloning to be completed.
Cloning, please wait…
Cloning completed.
Let’s read the new AT100 chip.
Cool, it’s same as the original one.
Go ahead and put it in the vehicle for a check.
