Autel KM100 Clone 2008 Toyota Tundra 4D with AT100 Success

Today we’re going to work on this 2008 Toyota Tundra and make a new key for it. What I want to do is to test the new Autel AT100 Universal Chip with Autel KM100 Key Programmer. So I’ll need to clone the original key to the universal transponder first. Let’s go ahead.

Put the original key into KM100 key slot.

Reading/Cloning >> Reading

It’s a Toyota 4D chip.

Clone >> Start

Note:

Make sure Autel KM100 is connected to network during the process, otherwise, calculation may fail.

Take out the original key and place the Autel AT100 transponder.

Click “Next”.

Cloning completed.

Back in the vehicle, everything is all together. We got both remotes and keys.

Use the cloned key to start the vehicle.

Make sure it stays running for 10s, as we know the mobilizer light is out. So that it can fully recognizes the key, it was a successful key.

Next, you will definitely need to program the new key. I did have a hard time programming these remotes. It took like 5-6 attempts but I finally did get them to program.

Check the key, both of the remotes are successfully programmed.
