Solution: IM608Pro “Unfortunately, has stopped.” Issue

Problem: The Autel MaxiIM IM608 PRO popped up a message when I was trying to update. It says:”Unfortunately, has stopped.”


What’s the problem? Please suggest.



Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

  • Restart Autel IM608 Pro;
  • Connect to WiFi;
  • Go access Update to check if it’s normal, then update all software.
