Problem: Hello dear seller, today I was updating my Autel IM508S and now if I try to open any diagnostic or immo function shows this error in the screen:
Your application does not support this feature. Please upgrade to a new version. dlopen failed: “/data/data/com.Autel.maxi/lib/libDiag.so” is 32-bit instead of 64 bit
Solution
- Provide SN with Autel Tech, then reconnect to network and restart the device.
- If the above DOES NOT work, reset IM508S to factory settings.
