How to Fix Blank Screen after Auetl DS808 Upgrade?

Problem: After performing an upgrade on the Autel DS808S-BT PRO diagnostic tool, I’v encountered a blank screen where the menu fails to appear. Would you please solve it?

 

 

Solution

  1. First to check the memory in: Settings >> Storage >> Available;

 

 

  1. If the memory is insufficient, go to find some larger applications to clear the cache: Apps >> DOWNLOADED >> Clear data.

 

 

Additional Notes:

  • The solution applies to multiple Autel models like DS808S-TS, MK808S, etc.
  • For persistaent issue, perform a factory reset as last resort.
